At Nessentis, our trajectory began with a strong presence in the Spanish market. However, over the years we have evolved to become an international player in the export of cocoa products, with an active presence in all five continents.

Currently, our exports regularly reach more than 75 countries, representing approximately 50% of our sales. This growth is not only the result of commercial expansion, but also of a strategy based on proximity to the origin, process control and understanding of each market.

An international network at the service of cocoa

Our global presence is based on a structure that efficiently connects the different key points of the cocoa value chain: origin, processing and distribution. We have strategically located production centers and offices:

  • Viladecans (Spain), where our Nederland and Moner factories operate.
  • La Selva del Camp (Spain), with a second plant of Moner
  • Abidjan (Ivory Coast), with an industrial presence through Sidcao and commercial offices
  • Chicago (United States), from where we cover the North American market.

This network allows us to operate with a global vision without losing the ability to adapt locally, guaranteeing proximity and efficiency in each market.

Exporting cocoa: understanding each market to add value

The cocoa market is, by definition, global. However, each region has different needs, dynamics and levels of development. That is why at Nessentis we work from a combined approach:

  • Product know-how, tailored to each application
  • Understanding of international markets, their trends and requirements.
  • Logistics and operational capacity to guarantee supply and quality

Exporting cocoa is not just about distributing product. It is to understand how that product is integrated into different industries, cultures and production processes.

From origin to market: a connected value chain

One of the pillars of our international presence is the direct connection between origin and processing. Our presence in Côte d’Ivoire, one of the world’s leading cocoa-producing countries, allows us to work closer to the raw material and better understand its behavior. This proximity translates into greater control over cocoa quality, better product traceability and a greater ability to anticipate market changes.

In turn, our plants in Europe enable us to transform this know-how into solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Relationship-based international growth

The development of our global presence cannot be understood without the relationships built over time. Customers, distributors and partners are part of an ecosystem that allows us to grow sustainably. Being present in different markets also means listening, learning and adapting. Each interaction is an opportunity to improve our proposal and reinforce trust. At Nessentis, we continue to connect origin, process and market to build a solid and responsible global presence.
